John the maintenance man is so helpful and the best. He's very kind, has a great vibe, super welcoming.
Disgusting place! NO HEAT! Non-existent building manager. Only one decent maintenance guy, because the younger one can’t do his job at all. You can’t call to complain about anything because they don’t respond. Raise the rent every single year over $100. The buildings are falling apart. Heat is included in the rent because they don’t turn it up, so the apartments stay at about 50-60 degrees. DON’T MOVE INTO GREEN GROVE. Find somewhere better. Like Keyport Village Apartments. If I could give a 0 star I would. Parking is ridiculous, the rent continues to be raised but nothing is ever updated (so where does the money go) and the washers and dryers don’t actually work. Look for somewhere else to live if you can.
Edit: additionally I might add, that residents are allowed one spot per apartment. There are families with two cars and two room apartments with roommates that have more than one vehicle. There are no places for them to park because of the assigned spots (which many remain open). As of recently any visitor parking has been “reassigned” to the apartment complex residents which would be fine except they have numerous spots that are not actually filled by residents.
