I lived at Green Grove apartments for 9 months. The appliances are crappy (the washing machine destroyed my comforter, the dishwasher NEVER got my dished clean), the complex was dangerous (the cops were always being called. Especially to the handicapped unit where a woman was stabbed. A child fell out of a 3-story window because the screen was not attached at all, my fiance was attacked by a dog, I was harassed by handicapped men in the gym), the head manager was very sketchy.
