I highly recommend Matt as a specialist golf physio. I recently had severe pain in my lower back and hip region. Matt diagnosed strained facet joints in my lumbar spine. I’d never heard of facet joints! Matt gave me a progressive series of targeted strengthening exercises and now 6 weeks later I’m back playing with a new appreciation of the magical ability of the human body to repair itself and strengthen an aging body.
I had a sore wrist from inflammation and Matt gave me some treatment and exercises to do at home to make my forearm stronger. After this my wrist has been so much better. Great physio and highly recommend! 👍
Matt is a wealth of knowledge for the body and how it works to play golf. I would recommend sessions with him to anyone
Matthew green is a highly skilled sports physio that Taylor makes programmes for all level of clients. Specialises in clients with special needs no matter what age. Follows up with exercise apps. If you don't try matt you don't deserve to get fitter and better for a sustained well being.
