My water heater went out and this company was recommended by my home warranty company. The technician came out to assess the water heater for the estimate. He was there for less than 5 minutes and told me everything was perfect and would need zero modifications and the warranty company should cover the water heater so my only out of pocket would be the disposal. could not find and fix the most basic plumbing issue, a leak from back of the fridge . It looked like they just wanted to get out of the home warranty deal…
Tom from Green Globe plumbing is very responsive and professional. We had 2 separate plumbing issues to repair a shower thermostatic cartridge and replace a circulator timer. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Our water tank went out on Friday morning, we called Tom Friday afternoon and he came out Friday evening. After diagnosis he told me it needed to be replaced. Tom and his crew were out SATURDAY MORNING with the exact same water tank that I currently had. I've used them for other work and they are very reliable and affordable. Great family owned company with family values (something you don't find anymore). They are not only plumbers but are licensed general contractors as well.
