If I could give the company no stars, I would. Not because of the job that they completed, but because of the owner of the company, Mike, and how completely unprofessional he was with me and displayed nothing but poor business practices. I was charged $800.00 for mold remediation in my attic which took the company 45 minutes to complete. I've used Green Genie twice - John came after our sump pump failed and our finished basement flooded, and AJ came to our new house to try to clean wall-to-wall carpets we thought we had to tear out. After the carpets were cleaned, visitors thought they were brand new! Both guys were amazing; professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and financially reasonable. Will definitely use then again and recommend them to anyone!!
