Maureen helped me select several pieces of furniture. She measured pieces for me and even set up a display of several items, so I could see how they would look in my home. I love the store and the service they provide!
Every time I walk into this store no one greets you! I walked around the store as associates passed by me not saying a word or asking if I needed any help. I bought a $1500.00 table and they were still rude! Its a shame because they have lovely things. They need a course on "Southern Manners"!
As soon as we opened the door to enter the building, an associate made a snarky comment, under her breath, not aware that we could hear her as she quickly walked by us. When she finally realized we could in fact hear her, she made it appear as though she was holding a conversation with us. A course on manners and social etiquette might be helpful for all employees. Will not recommend this store to friends and family.
The associates here need a lesson in working retail. My husband and I walked around the entire store, came within five feet of the blonde woman the counter and she never even said hello. I wouldn't buy anything from a business that won't even trouble themselves to greet you. What a disappointment.

Over priced furniture. As long as you agree with them, you are ok. But, if they make a mistake, the owner, Renee will take over to convince you that it was you who made the mistake. Go to Malouf's in Foley. You get the same at a better price and treated professionally.
Love, Love, Love the Green Gates Market! The displays are fantastic! And I get lots of decorating ideas.
