Placed an order online, got a confirmation, and then… nothing. No shipping updates, no replies to multiple emails. After weeks of silence, I requested a refund and still didn’t hear back. I finally had to file a chargeback with my credit card company to get my money back. Completely unacceptable. Avoid this company at all costs.
