I wasn't a resident, my friend was. She has a disability and they took FULL advantage of that. Nothing ever got fixed and she had a roach infestation from other apartments which went unacknowledged until MVHO got involved. Also,like other reviews point out, if you have a maintenance emergency good luck. It could be weeks before anyone even responds let alone arrives to fix anything.
