Absolutely the worst experience with the service department. My 21' Mach E had a recall on the 12V battery, we were told by Ford motor company that we are entitled to a loaner or rental for 10 days. Green ford refused and I went 28 days without a car, this was after the representative from Ford motor company contacted the dealership and told them that this was a complimentary service due to the recall and warranty. Worst dealership to get a car serviced. Bought car there in 2016. Have a service agreement. I HAVE never received proper service here. Brought it in for 25,000 service. When I went to pick it up, they had not even changed the oil
Love my new vehicle, they have great sales people , but don't need a call back Ever, they don't call you back . Will tell you people don't work there when you call to speak to them , craziest thing I've ever been subjected to in my life .. I pray the car I'm buying turns out to be more substantial to me than the treatment I've received after the sale !!!!! Seems.like they only care about you til you sign those papers, then they ghost you
