Ordered 16in pizza. Over an hour later, still no pizza. So I asked for a refund, the girl at the counter lost my order and didn’t remember my name. But earlier, she said she is going to call my name when the food is ready. She did lost my order. There were three other customers asked for refunds. The two girls took our order today( around 8pm ) had a really poor attitude. Customers complained and checked on the orders , they left the counter and stayed in the kitchen.

Ordered 3 slices and waited 40 min before asking any questions. They apologized and said their WiFi went down when we ordered. We asked for a refund and left. This isn’t the first time we’ve had a issue here. Seems like there are two different managers there who are more focused on who is in charge rather than on the customers and the business.
We loved the pizza! The service, not so much! Hope they can improve service, because we really enjoyed the pizza!
