Excellent pizza with fast and friendly service! We will definitely be back.
Pizza was ok... However, the older guy who works there (maybe he is the manager? Or the owner?) should STOP picking the food and the ingredients with bare hands when he is behind the kitchen counter! Customers waiting in the line can see him touching the food after handshaking people, arranging chairs, etc, etc... someone should tell him to USE gloves when he is dealing with OUR food pls!

Greenfire is absolutely phenomenal. As a northerner in Savannah, it is an oasis for good pizza in a town that is seriously lacking. They use fresh, organic ingredients that you can genuinely taste and unlike most pizza places, you don't leave feeling like you just shotgunned a bucket of grease. Forget the other places in town, do your tastebuds a favor and go to Greenfire. Grab a few beers, a few slices and live your life to the fullest.
Eating my way through the menu. OMG! I had stated that Green Fire has the best pizza in Savannah. I have to make a correction. It's the best pizza anywhere.
Recently I stated that another pizza place was the best in Savannah. That was before I dined at Green Fire!!! I heard good things about Green Fire so I was looking forward to the experience. It was better than I could have expected, and has definitely become my new #1 pizza joint. With minimal indoor seating, a great outdoor patio, and a pizza crust that is just right, you won't be disappointed. Whether you create your own and order one of their creations, Russell and Eugenia will take care of you
A friend suggested meeting here to listen to the band last night. Great music and the best pizza I've had since moving to Savannah! Nice outdoor seating too.
