I am looking for other doctor because waiting. In office and and no call back when you call on the phone... I am out of here.
Administrative problems with doctors assistants and administrative assistants, leading to poor service. Call in and must leave a message, then call is never returned. I had problems, repeatedly, getting prescription refills without calling in to check status multiple times. Problems with the pharmacy calling in to get refills, not being able to speak to anyone, then not getting a return call. Filed a complaint with the ombudsman and it was not taken seriously.
Every time I call the office, the line is either busy, or I am asked to hold as soon as the receptionist answers. Sometimes I am on hold for 10 plus minutes. You obviously need more receptionist or a better system.
