Wrote on the envelope that they could do any work up to 250.00 and told them tires were low they didn’t check the tires or do the filters. They sent me a video them asking about the air filters which I also clicked yes to both filters and they still didn’t change them and tires are still low
Waited 2.5 hours to get my oil changed… with an apt. It was free due to me buying new but I would have rather paid than sit there that long for just an oil change.
Great service and service advisor was very helpful.
