Amazing staff, great environment and excellent customer service Always offering great work
Charging $210 for diagnostic when I ran the code, I diagnosed it, told service what the problem was and couldn't buy the part myself is pretty wild. Also, calling me to tell me I missed my appointment and to reschedule a drop off time while the car never left your parking lot is also a little surreal. $1100 thermostat module replacement that is a known failure item, but not part of the powertrain warranty and not a recall. 5 days at the dealership for a 5 hour job. Bad business.
Great service every time! Really high tech experience with texting updates and reminders, and even a video link of them inspecting your car.
Dakota and Manager Josh are the best. The always listen to our concerns and I feel like they have our best interest in mind. Thank you both!!
Wrote on the envelope that they could do any work up to 250.00 and told them tires were low they didn’t check the tires or do the filters. They sent me a video them asking about the air filters which I also clicked yes to both filters and they still didn’t change them and tires are still low
