Green Environmental charged me double for expedited delivery of test results, but when the results were not produced in the time promised, they refused to give me a refund. They also did not test the floors in the first inspection, but then they did test the floors in the final inspection and one failed requiring more cleaning and a re-inspection, which seemed to me to be a bait-and-switch. Rodney called promptly after I place a Home Advisor lead paint inspection work request. He communicated clearly and completely. I hired him and he set the date for the work. This morning he called to report that he would be 20 minutes late due to an accident on 495. He called as soon as the GPS informed him of the delay which allowed me to adjust my schedule.
