The team sent Byron to examine our situation. Nearly 60 year old system in need of repair. They examined carefully and completely. Allowed us to ask innumerable questions, gettimg Lucas on the phone. Put together a replacement system package, and scheduled a next day installation. Fantastic.
I'll keep this short. Technician spent all day trying to troubleshoot a heat zone issue. Couldn't figure it out and left, stating someone else from the company would look. Left ball valve closed which locked out my boiler. Tried to call them and got 'Andy' the friendly AI agent instead. I should mention this was the third attempt to service my house as the first one was cancelled for unknown reason and the second cancelled because one of their techs hit an ambulance (?!). DO NOT USE!!! Update to owner response: LIAR! You did not fix the leak at the shutoff valve and were paid in full. How did you know it was safe if the gas was OFF... FRAUD! please see attached proof of receipt and picture of gas leak , (see the bubbles). STOP PAYING FOR YOUR FAKE POSITIVE REVIEWS, ITS MISLEADING.
