Green Energy has come out three times charged me about $2000 for a full year and one maintenance free. The work they did did not help because They work up a crazy scenario and find something or the other Wrong, but never fixed it after I spent $2000+(but they included a free service.lol) the 3rd guy showed up and gave me a fake picture on my report from somewhere of a very dirty blower and gave me a package deal for $2700 without explaining what he will be doing exactly to fix anything. It’s been two years since last update. This company has been terrible lately. They rescheduled the free heat pump tuneup that comes with an annual plan (paid) at least five times. When they sell this annual plan they tell all kinds of nonsense to sell it but when push comes to show or time to deliver promised services they act as if they don’t show up. Cannot recommend this company anymore to anyone. It’s a rip off.
Their drivers are absolutely insane and it turns out I’m not the only one with this experience of almost being rear ended repeatedly on bay st in Taunton. Funny how you’d think someone complaining would put a stop to it but nope. Going 40 in a 30 with a van in front of me and yet this guy almost hit me multiple times. I’d never trust him in my home or my business 🤮 and I’d never trust this company for continuing to allow what sounds like the same exact driver in the same exact place to act like a psychopath on their behalf ... read more
