A malfunction of the power in our house caused the heating system to make some bad sounds. The noise led me to believe the heating system was at fault. I called the installer, Green Energy HVAC service department. A young tech, Irwin, arrived on Saturday morning and after a detailed survey he determined the system was not at fault and explained his findings. Needed yearly check-up on our heat pump system, and Byron did a thorough job with both the inside and outside units. He did a great job cleaning the filter and other parts, checking operation, and leaving everything clean and tidy.
