Well, it’s 4 o’clock and I had a 1 o’clock appointment and no one’s shown up yet or called. So that’s how it’s going.
Eric and co were great. Very honest and fixed my sprinkler very quickly.
Disappointed. On the scheduled day of repairs I didn’t hear anything from them so I left a message at 11 and they finally called back at 3:30 saying they were still planning on coming to our house. They called twice more to say they were running late and rescheduled for a later day that week (which happens, I get it). When they finally came I explained all the issues we were having.
