our community uses them..they try but have no supervision at all.we had a storm 8 weeks ago and tree limbs are still on ground..they do not pick up trash..what they need to do is go around and pick up limbs and cans and trash ahead of lawn mower..the man on mower will stop mower and get off and throw trash on pine straw..what trash gets picked up is by me and other homeowners.they need to have someone check in on them..i try but they want to argue.they need guidlines..they do not cut shurbs..what has been trimed i did it mys... read more
