Our neighbors recommended us to use Green Ductors for dryer vent cleaning service. We checked reviews on Yelp and decided to call them. We scheduled an appointment at the weekends. They don’t charge anything extra for that. After the service they sent an e-mail with photos before vs after. They provide a 6-month warranty for all the services. I hired them to clean my vents because there was an odor and I thought an animal died in the system. The receptionist was great and scheduled a technician for the next day. He arrived, hooked the machine up to the main part of the system and left to sit in his car eating and on his phone. He did not clean the ducts. I opened the ducts and took pictures which I emailed to the office. They apologized and said a manager would call but never did. They could not get another person to come out to finish the job until 2 days later.... read more
