Less than impressed. Every year we get our tree sprayed with liquid fertilizer and we have been impressed with it. Because it is in front of our house the technicians have been very careful as to get as little to none on the house or deck this time however the two technicians that showed up lazily sprayed a large misty cloud over the tree and left. From the very first inquiry I have nothing but a great review. Michel P had awesome customer service over the phone. Had me sold and all ready for the summer season. Which means I get to sit back and get someone else to do the fertilizing and weed control. What a treat when u have a large yard. My yard looks amazing! Aref did a wonderful job of treating my sister’s lawn today in Fort Richmond. She is so pleased. He was very helpful and courteous. He did her regular lawn care service.
Dylan is a wonderful representative of your company. He is a nice young man very polite and does a great job. I was also looking after 1280 today and the same thing very polite did his job then he came to my house a great employee.
I signed up for a prepaid lawn care plan. The subscription auto-renewed this year, but I no longer lived at the property. The property was accessed and fertilized, and I received an invoice. The issue was resolved after speaking to their customer service. I don't have any issues with the quality of the service; the lawn definitely improved. However, please ensure you obtain verbal permission from the property owner before applying fertilizer during the renewal cycle.
