Simon the arborist, was a huge help in recommending a treatment for our ailing Elm tree. It's responded very well to the treatment. It's looking well enough that the city has taken it their "hit list".
Unfortunately, I cant speak to the quality of their services, as my needs were not in line with what they offer. I admit, that's partially my fault. However, I did offer a detailed description of what I was looking for when I contacted them. They had plenty of opportunity to correct me. But instead they showed up and did basically nothing, kept my payment, and referred me to customer service who proceeded to give me the run around. No exaggeration with this review. Plain and simple, we paid $335 for lawn care through their website and received no word from this company on when our lawn will be serviced. It’s been almost three weeks and no phone call, text, or email to at least notify us. I did call their customer service and was informed “good news, you are scheduled for Tuesday,” in four days. Initial application was good, but on one of the mid-summer applications it turned my lawn a highlighter yellow (not brown from the increased heat, it was like a fluorescent yellow). I contacted Green Drop and they sent someone to inspect the wrong lawn and then just did a re-application of more chemicals. It’s been 16 business days and still waiting for someone to contact me.
