Worst customer service call ever. No clue on how to speak with new or existing customers. Just spoke with one of your customer service representative, when I questioned them why do I have an invoice on my door when I had not approved or purchase service from Greendrop, she goes saying automatic service renewal if I had it in previous year. We used them for one season. It really didn’t improve our grass like we had hoped. When we signed up I was told they do not automatically charge you for the next season. I called after the first season to confirm and I was told no we will not treat your lawn unless you call. After that I would receive calls from this local office over and over asking me to treat my lawn and come back. I told them no repeatedly. Used their services for 2022 ….Weeds weeds and more weeds called them numerous and never got rid of the weeds in my lawn… I would not recommend this company to anybody
If you would like a company that doesn't answer their phone,doesn't return voicemails and doesn't reply to emails, then this is the lawn service for you! Very simply, wanting to know when my aeration will be done. Tried 3 times in the past week and no communication back.
