Milena is a healer. I went in with pain in my hamstring and, after listening to my very detailed information about training, my body, and the pain she suggested a 3-step protocol: active resistance-massage, massage, and cupping. I have been to many massage therapists over the past 15 years and have only been to one other massage therapist that was as good as Milena is. I would 100% recommend going to her. Especially if you have deep knots and chronic neck/shoulder/back pain like I do.
Milena is amazing!! She does fire cupping and facial cupping and her massages are the best….. I’ve only had 3 sessions with her so far and results have been incredible. She will find your knots and release them. The facial cupping has been wonderful…it’s calming really and has released tension and also helped with my TMJ….and as a bonus even plumps up the lips. Milena is intuitive and knowledgeable…just an amazing person and a true healer. So grateful to have met her!
After dealing with herniated discs, pinched nerves in my neck and minimal mobility as well as severe knots and muscle tension ….
