If I could rate them a zero I would. I spoke with Jason the appraisal about my appraisal. I advised him that he appraised my condo as a smaller unit size. I even send him over my unit size going rate. He advise me that the appraisal was done and that's it. I really feel that my appraisal value came in way lower than it should be.
Did not take in consideration that my house isnt in a flood zone, the dimensions of my property were wrong on the appraisal. He said I have a single car drive way, which it’s a three car. Used houses that haven’t been sold for comp prices, also a house that is 30 and 45 years older than mine. Rejected everything. He wouldn’t even budge or care about looking at other comps that are more comparable. Did not budge. Crazy how one mans “opinion” can make an impact on people’s lives and money. Pitiful.
