We had a great experience with Brad at Green Door Living. His low key and responsive approach was a nice match for our needs. Brad helped us set a good price, he and his team made our house look inviting, and we had a solid offer on the first day. Selling a house is stressful, but Brad made it less so.
Edit: The company has responded to us denying that they rent homes. For the last 3.5 years we have lived in a home rented to us by Christian, and Nevaeh, who both use email addresses with the domain @greendoorliving.com. This is gaslighting like I've never seen before. We loved living in our home for 3 years. We paid our rent the first day of every month. Unfortunately, we were anticipating it taking a lot of effort to get our security deposit back. We had friends who stated it took months with constant harassment to get the... read more
