The inspection made the home seem problem-free, but reality proved otherwise. This service gave us confidence we shouldn’t have had.
The exterior inspection was poorly done. Siding damage and drainage problems were completely overlooked, leading to water issues after the first rain.
No moisture meter, no thermal camera, and minimal testing overall. The inspection felt outdated and not thorough.
Jeff was very thorough and professional. He found one minor problem, and offered an easy fix. He provided an excellent report useful in the closing of our new home. Thanks, Jeff !
