Do not hire if you have a 3 story roof. Does not have a ladder high enough. Said he could do a drone inspection instead. Ended up being in a no fly zone. He says it's not his responsibility to check. You can easily check on a FAA website (picture attached). Way too expensive for what you can get from other companies. When asked to rectify the situation claimed I was taking advantage of businesses when in reality he is taking advantage of customers. Then hung up on me.
