This gym is more of a community than a gym, you go here to get results and not go through the motions like other gyms. A trainer will train you every time you show up. Fitness is their passion and improving lives in every sense it what you will achieve if you join here to.

Great gym with a unique personal touch and excellent sense of community. I've made a lot of good friends here and can't recommend it highly enough.

This is a great spot, everyone was very friendly and welcoming when I first arrived. I’m new to weight training and thought the exercise program was both challenging but still accessible. Devin was a great trainer, definitely left feeling tired! I would recommend GDF to others.

We are so lucky to have Green Door in our neighborhood - it's a unicorn gym! Access to personal trainers without having to commit to a certain time or 1-1 session. Just the right balance of direction and autonomy, but tailored to your goals. Community that is incredibly welcoming and warm. All the trainers are great, but a special shout out to Tim. This gym is unique because you can walk in at anytime best for you schedule, and have a trainer help you. It may be a group session, and it may just be you and the trainer. You also can book you favorite trainer when is best for you. My personal favorite part about this gym is the passion every trainer walks around with! I highly recommend!
