We are so lucky to have Green Door in our neighborhood - it's a unicorn gym! Access to personal trainers without having to commit to a certain time or 1-1 session. Just the right balance of direction and autonomy, but tailored to your goals. Community that is incredibly welcoming and warm. All the trainers are great, but a special shout out to Tim. This gym is unique because you can walk in at anytime best for you schedule, and have a trainer help you. It may be a group session, and it may just be you and the trainer. You also can book you favorite trainer when is best for you. My personal favorite part about this gym is the passion every trainer walks around with! I highly recommend!
Green Door offers a personalized fitness experience tailored daily to your overall goals, current health, recent activates and interests. Matt runs one of the most competent and welcoming gyms I've ever had the pleasure to be a part of. Overall, the staff support, focused plans, and welcoming community combine to create the perfect environment for self-improvement.
The best thing about Green Door Fitness is the direction and encouragement without the impersonal feeling of a class. Instead of going to a gym where you can remain anonymous and aimless, walking through the door gets you a cheery greeting and “what are we working on today?” Give them an idea and they’ll give the exercises in the circuit and they’ll set you up. The trainers will help you make the most of your time.
