My favorite gym. The staff are so friendly and make working out fun!

Update, as the trainers have changed over, and honestly, the vibe has changed a lot, for the better. After several months with the new crew, I can wholeheartedly recommend Tim, Devon and Caroline. I mostly work out with Tim, and he is so knowledgeable and fun. He also never makes my workout about him- if he gives me an exercise that doesn't feel right for me that day, he isn't upset or offended, he just switches it for something else. I just finished GDFs 10 Day Fit Camp. What an amazing time. I won’t lie, it was hard but I did it with the encouragement from all the trainers. Bravo! GDF. Matthew and the team at GDF is simply outstanding. I have never been to the gym before and they have made it fun! I am getting stronger and fitter by the day. GDF is a great independent gym. Do yourself a favor and get in there.
