Matt runs one of the most competent and welcoming gyms I've ever had the pleasure to be a part of. Overall, the staff support, focused plans, and welcoming community combine to create the perfect environment for self-improvement.

The best thing about Green Door Fitness is the direction and encouragement without the impersonal feeling of a class. Instead of going to a gym where you can remain anonymous and aimless, walking through the door gets you a cheery greeting and “what are we working on today?” Give them an idea and they’ll give the exercises in the circuit and they’ll set you up. The trainers will help you make the most of your time.

The first time I came to GDF many years ago, I knew right away that this gym was special. The trainers are knowledgable and supportive....and fun! I'm now recovering from a bad knee injury. Matt has given me the support and push I need to work my way back. I look forward to getting back to the awesome spin classes!!! Thanks GDF!

I love Green Door. This gym provides next level training in a welcoming and comfortable way. The trainers and other members have a feeling of family and community that helps one another thrive. I can’t recommend this gym enough for any age, experience level, and personal needs.
