We recently had a speech consultation for our 3 year old and Mary went above and beyond for our family! The process was very comfortable and the feedback was prompt and extremely detailed. Highly recommended.
Mary has worked with my son since he was in kindergarten and I can’t say enough wonderful things about her. She is incredibly insightful and compassionate in her approach, and always made him feel comfortable both in those years when he was very withdrawn and when he got older and started to act out a bit in school. I can’t recommend her enough!
Mary spent two years working with my autistic son, supporting him from going nonverbal when over stimulated, to being able to express his discomfort and frustration using words. She advocated with PPS to ensure he had the proper diagnosis on his IEP and supported me in cleaning up and enhancing the IEP to best meet his needs. She built a beautiful and loving relationship with my kiddo and truly was a gift to use in a time of crisis.
Mary has an intense passion for helping guide children! Her focus and attention to the smallest detail that helps a child be more successful is something that is not found often. Mary was able to connect with our son and find ways to make him more and more excited about the day -to-day aspects of school. Mary became a safe, trusted adult for our son and made a very challenging experience a brighter one. Anyone lucky enough to have Mary in their corner is likely to feel the same way!
