UPDATE AFTER REPAIR. after folowing clear instruction on repair. The product still turn out horrific. Clear instruction was given by one of the person at the store, and on the OSMO website. 2 star went to 1 star. i would be OK giving this place 4 star if they actually have some REAL green product. Being a contractor, i found that the one product that i had used before called the OSMO product is still continuing to have the same application issue. (too thick or too thin) even after a few label change, the formula is still gar... read more
I worked with Nicole when refinishing my floors. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the products I was using for my project. Couldn't have (successfully) done the project without her :)
