Absolutely go here if you are in town and value history and quality food. What an experience. Will be back here next time we visit!
Very nice delicious experience
식전빵은 그저 그랬고 클램차우더는 좀 묽은 느낌에 조개향이 진해 비린거 못드시는 분들은 좀 힘드실 수도 있을 것 같아요. 제 일행이 먹다가 포기했어요.. 훈제연어는 추천드립니다. 오픈 샌드위치처럼 빵 위에 올려서 나오는데 정말 맛있었어요. 저희가 시킨건 하프 플레이트였는데 큰거 시킬걸 후회했습니다. 사시미는 회를 좋아하는 저로써 실망이었어요. 회 본연의 맛은 거의 안나고 올리브유와 케이퍼 맛으로 먹는 느낌이었어요. 방어는 비렸습니다. 관자는 생으로 처음 먹는데 식감이 신기하더라구요. 씹을 때마다 턱턱 하고 부스러지는 느낌..? 전 나름 괜찮았는데 일행은 관자도 비려서 못먹겠다고 했어요ㅠㅠ 유명해서 기대하고 간 곳인데 아쉽네요.
People say overrated. Some say underrated. Whatever they say, I don’t care. Everything was amazing, fresh, and worth the wait. I don’t know how Swan Oyster manages to maintain the neighborhood vibe that they do after so many years and so many visitors, but they do so in a way that exceeds your expectations. 2 beers, crab legs and half cracked crab, crab cocktail, and clam chowder: $113 and a 1.5 hour wait to get in. Well worth it.
