They seem to be an employee friendly lab the encourages education and forward thinking. I enjoy talking to their technicians and enjoying their hospitality during certification exams they host.
I am a dental professional and received an unusable night-guard from this lab. I filled out their form stating the appliance is unusable. Payment was cashed and no acknowledgment was ever made regarding the fact that the night-guard was poorly done. Not an apology, nothing at all. The packaging was also terrible and the molds were damaged, though that really is not an issue as the appliance itself was not broken, just unusable. Our office will not recommend this lab or ever use it again.
