Barkim was good to work with at first, but he became unresponsive and began to underperform on his contract. We eventually had to break the contract for cause.
I found out this company through choice warranty. I first called Barkim because he had an appointment that he missed, no call no show. I called to figure out what happened. He gave me so much attitude. I called choice and asked them not to send this company to my house.
This is a terrible company, our warranty company sent them out and they didn't even look at our pool and jacuzzi systems, got the claim denied and then sent me a text requesting to come fix the problem with the warranty company. Terrible service. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM
Abysmal service and poorly managed. The owner does not communicate well, and was late to the scheduled pool appointment twice! I ended up opting to use another pool service due to finish the work they started.
Booked through our home warranty and they rescheduled 6 times before I finally gave up on them ever showing up.
