Failed to be upfront about additional application fees. Refused to let me complete a sentence before talking over me. Don’t waste your money on this place.
When we moved in here, our lot rent was $3**. A few months went by and it upped more. Few months went by and it upped more… then we got a note saying it won’t go up anymore, but here we are at $5** years later. I wish they’d stop going up. At this point we’re paying the same amount for lot rent and our monthly mobile home payment as it would be to rent an actual house!
