My heart shattered in to a million pieces last Thursday when I lost my best friend after almost 13 wonderful years. The staff at GCAH went above and beyond to make my family and I feel comfort during this time. His loss was very unexpected and I didn’t have time to do his paw prints before we lost him. I mentioned to the staff that I didn’t have time and today in the mail I get some pieces of my baby back. A huge thank you to the staff here for helping me and my family through our loss.
Both Dr Rowe and Dr Ruby have been great with my two seniors. They let you know all the possibilities and alternatives, and they genuinely seem to care about my fur babies. They are upfront about any costs and I have found the pricing to be very reasonable.
Dr. Rowe and Dr. Ruby truly care about your animals. They were very comforting when we had to make the decision to put our sweet Sophie girl to sleep. Dr. Rowe and Dr. Ruby always had the time to talk with us when we called with concerns for Sophie. I highly recommend Green Cove Animal Hospital for all your pets needs. We will be returning with a new addition to our family mid May.

I’ve previously worked in general practice vet med for a few years, and yesterday was my first time dropping one of my fur babies off for surgery as a ‘client’ , so to speak. Let me just say that the experience was great and put my mind very much at ease! Savannah was very thorough and great with my pup, Lindsay and Susan are always so friendly and helpful, and of course Dr. Ruby and Dr. Rowe are some of the most down to earth, compassionate vets you can find. Your pets are in great hands at GCAH!
LOVE this office, the staff, & physicians here! They went above & beyond to care for our pup when he was ill. I recommend them to everyone!
My dog was sick the Saturday before Christmas. My regular vet was booked and wouldn’t squeeze me in. I called Green Cove Animal Hospital and even though they were also booked, they told me to come right in. Dr. Ruby and his staff were so great and treated us like we were regular clients. During the days that followed, they did every thing they could for my dog. Unfortunately, he didn’t make it. I really appreciate their kindness and when I’m ready to get another dog, I will definitely go back.
