Thank you Rick ! After my 2016 f150 sunroof seized up and malfunctioned due to deterioration of the guide rails as well, I ordered several replacement parts on Amazon( none of which worked...) Parts are not available in Canada for this repair, and it's an average of $5k to $7k to replace the sunroof frame.
