I had a plumbing emergency on Feb. 20 due to a pipe feeding an outside faucet freezing even though it was covered. Water was GUSHING between the wall and was leaking outside AND inside, flooding carpeting. Sarah was very friendly and understanding, and dispatched Jeremiah immediately. I had shut the water off myself by the time he arrived, and he found the easiest way to access the pipe, cut into it and capped it off as that hydrant wasn't needed in that location.
