This review is so disheartening to write. After being extremely pleased with the services rendered for regular sprays a bed bug infestation occurred in my home. This was discovered after I was covered from head to toe in bed bug bites. We immediately called them out to spray our entire home and were told that they needed to spray again in 7-10 days to kill off what was left of them.
