Not a horrible place to live. However my dad lives there and he is crippled and old. But they are trying to kick him out for smoking a cigarette on property. He can’t walk off property just to smoke a cigarette. He smokes on the porch but can face eviction. There are way worse things people have to deal with. Should change the rule on that.

These people don’t understand to stop calling all they do is call every other week after you tell them remove your number. They don’t do it. I would love to find out where I can report them.

This place has the worst property managers you can find they don't know how to communicate I think they're still an application fee because you can never get a response after filling out an application

My granddaughter rented apt for a year never late, cleaned it up spotless, they had accidentally hit the fence causing it to break two of the wood panels on the bottom, a 5 dollar fix, the manager told them they couldn’t fix it, they would have to turn it in and get an estimate, which they never sent anyone over, they moved out in June , and got denied of their deposit of 500.00and sent them a bill for 250.00 dollars after taking the 500.00,
