I work in the public so I have to stay up on my COVID-19 TESTING for the Safety of the public and for myself as well. I can tell when the COVID numbers are on the rise because it may take 48--72 hours for the results instead of the regular 24 hours turnaround. I appreciate all of their hard work. I don't have to go inside because for safety sake their nurses come out to your vehicle. They get high praises from me because I know all too well about working with the public's demands. Samantha answered the phone, I explained I needed Covid testing prior to foot surgery, asked if they still do parking lot testing due to non weight bearing. She refused d/t rain, I asked if someone else could, the other person was at lunch, no idea of return. Manager was also at lunch with no time of return. Minutes later I arrived and someone else came out to do my test .” Samantha”, young woman was rude and works without compassion. Poor care. I would have gone elsewhere if it wasn’t necessary for surgery
So happy I found this gem of a medical clinic. Staff is AMAZING and extremely friendly. The receptionist was very helpful and provided excellent customer service and my COVID-19 results were out so quickly compared to other testing alternatives in the area. I wish I could give them more stars!
Very friendly staff. I waited in my car till about 0805 and then called the number. They took all my information and I was seen, swabbed and left at a decent time.
The staff are very helpful and friendly. They are great at what they do. But I wish they would fix their awful phone line. I cannot ever get through to their phones and can’t get to an answering machine or even on hold. It’s frustrating when I need to call for my results, but can’t. Great staff, awful phone line.
