Just drove over an hour for my appointment that has been scheduled for weeks only to be told that no one can see me. No one called me to even let me know. This is ridiculous.
The doctors and nurses there are very friendly and want help you of your problem. It does take some time when visiting the doctors but only because they are all working hard to get everyone in and to help them from what I’ll them.
Dr Balard is the worst orthopedic in the world. He was so rude to me bc I missed one appointment. He cuzed me out and told me not to come back.
Dr. Ballard and his staff at the orthopedic clinic are wonderful. The lab staff in the green clinic lab did a great job also. I will certainly be traveling to ruston to get my other carpal tunnel surgery done by Dr. Ballard.
