Bruce was on time and professional and very accommodating for my needs. So far very pleased.
I called on Monday and had my carpets cleaned on Thursday. Morry and Bruce arrived exactly on the hour that they said they would be there! Upon their arrival they came in and did an evaluation of the two rooms that I was going to have cleaned and explained their process. Morry also was upfront to share that in our high traffic area the stain would not completely go away but he could lighten it up. They always do a great job! I had some rust spots from water damage and they did a fabulous job getting rid of the stains.

The 2 men that came yesterday were very nice guys. They were friendly , very cleanly dressed and well trained in their jobs. When done they explained to me what they had done and when finished asked me if I had any further questions. They cleaned up after themselves also and told me if I had any other questions or concerns to get back in touch with them. I am very satisfied with the job that they did and would highly recommend the company to anyone.
Green Cleaning Solutions was great! They were very professional and nice. Very easy to work with. I called to schedule and they were able to get me right in on the schedule! Once they were here, they cleaned our basement and living room floors and they look great. Our living room carpet is pushing 20 years old and after the cleaning, it looks fresh!
Our carpet looks great smells fresh but not like a perfume or scent. I was comfortable having the guys in my home. Professional but also friendly. They were fast and the carpet was damp but not soaked. Was able to move furniture after 7 hours. -- Joyce B
