I loved this place when it opened 3 years ago, but it doesn't seem the same. Quality has gone down, lines have increased, and then prices went up. Dropped both vehicles down to Basic because the higher tiers don't feel worth it. I only want to wash and go but it's becoming a hassle. This is the only location this far North in the city and a lot of traffic going to and from the local bases... Needs another location on Hampton by the Wawa, in addition to price re-evaluation for members, IMO. :-/
What’s the point of paying your now atrocious monthly membership cost when you have only one lane open for vehicles and people are seemingly brainless when typing in their information for a single car wash? It’s absurd.
Did not clean the car besides the hood and windshield. The sides, back, and roof were completely ignored. There is even bird poop still on top. Utter waste of money.
Getting too expensive but still a good and convenient place to go
