I pay a monthly fee to get my car washed and I have used the car wash several times and each time my car was not clean and the only thing that they can say is you can go back thru again. But why should I have to continue going through the process 2 times and my car is not that dirty. You can see bird stuff and rims not clean plus you can see where the brush just spin across the hood. Save yourself some stress and wash your own car. They make it almost impossible to cancel your account if you need to. However, if you enjoy waiting in long lines, people driving around cones to cut in line, the employees doing absolutely nothing about line cutters, terrible customer service, and having to talk to 3 separate people to actually cancel your account then this place may be good for you.
