To Owner: I just left your car wash at 1pm on Tuesday 8/11/26. (Black Honda) I put $5 into the second car wash station on the side where your trailer is parked. The machine took my money and started the countdown but no water would dispense to rinse or wash off the vehicle. It’s broken. I moved to another station and washed my car. Use at your own risk. I paid for a 6 min wash and once I got to the rinse cycle I realized that the spray nozzle in my bay didn't work. My car was left full of soap and my time ran out while i was trying to troubleshoot the nozzle. That is UNACCEPTABLE. This place is unattended but they have a number on the door to call in case of malfunction. The line is consistently busy and the number listed on Google goes straight to a full voicemail box. I paid $8 and left with a dirty car. This was the worst car wash I’ve been to. You spray foam on the car and put it on stop so it can soak a bit — but the timer keeps running! The foam quality is poor and didn’t remove anything. I tried both the heavy-duty soap and the regular soap, and neither worked. Overall, a terrible experience — I don’t recommend it and won’t be coming back.

I've used my debit card twice at Grren clean for a 5 minute was...the balance was $5.30. I was overcharged at $25!
