Went to the carwash the water and soap dispensers are out of date but we got it clean. It was a little better this time

Went to this car wash for the first time and at first my credit card was charged $10.00, but soon after that it was changed to the $4.00 that it suppose to be on my bank statement.
Went to this car wash for the first time and my credit card was charged 10.00 for a 4.00 wash and rinse. I tried to call the phone number to the car wash, but couldn't get through. I'll take my car somewhere else from now on.
