They even had my car warming you and were thoughtful enough to turn on the seat warmer. Not to mention they are fair, honest, and timely. Our service has been prompt and professional, Chris is so personable and knowledgeable about cars, and he goes beyond what’s expected by assuring that the car’s mechanics are all sound even during routine checks. Chris just performed the 105k mile recommended timing belt on my 2011 Subaru Outback along with tensioner, water pump, bearings, serpentine belt, starter, oil change, and a few other things. The experience was awesome. We discussed other things that should be done, and he was honest and helpful in what should be done, and as importantly what could wait. Although I have not been in need of services from a garage recently, I did manage to get myself stuck halfway in my driveway and halfway onto Williston Road last week during the heavy storm. As a ton of cars and trucks passed right by be, upset at me for causing a traffic build-up, a truck finally stopped and out came the nicest man with a shovel to help. I had a wonderful experience here today. First, I appreciate their efforts to be environmentally friendly. Additionally, Chris was very accommodating and honest. When my appointment was going to take longer than expected, Chris gave me his own personal vehicle to use. That is beyond good customer service.
I love the work and pride put into your vehicle. It's like finding a good barber, once you do you don't go anywhere else.
