Does not stand by his work We purchased a home built by this company. Closed on the property June 2016. At closing builder stated all items on the punch list would be completed. As of today they aren't. I'm told legally there isn't anything we can do about it. 2 months after purchase the roof leaked. Ruined flooring and walls. Builder kept putting things off.
