I had a backup camera quit working. George took care of all the details and scheduled repairs.
Very professional and communicative in their business.
Stopped in last week for an oil change and a recall software update. Was told it all take about 90 minutes. After nearly 3 hours I asked the service advisor to see what issue was and he apologized and confirmed it would only be another 15-20 minutes. About 10 minutes later the service manger joe approached me and said that my oil change and tire rotation was on the house for the inconvenience in time. I really appreciate that guys. Saved me at least $100!
WORSE place I done took my car too by far!!! I was having problems with my a/c; took it in paid for one diagnostic just for them to tell me I need a HVAC control panel which wasn’t the case at all, and like a dummy I let them talk me into running another diagnostic to “find the real problem” which as they stated was my BCM was bad “looks like something was spilled into it” word for word what they said so I was out 700$ just for the problem to not be fix.
