Always take my Chevrolet here. I trust them with my car and so far I haven't been disappointed. Staff is very friendly. If the repair takes longer, they offer to take you home and pick you back up when the vehicle is done. Really love these people!
I’m from Texas, and I’m currently in the process of moving to Deridder. I’ve brought my car here twice, once for an oil change, and the second time for maintenance. I love the friendly staff, and love how they had an answer to every concern that I had. They do not leave a stone unturned when you bring your car in. I will definitely keep my business here.
This place is a joke! They changed the oil in my wife’s 2021 Tahoe and once we picked it up we realized it was a quart and a half low of oil. Once I called to see what could be done the guy basically said it was my word against theirs. No help was offered, I wouldn’t buy water from this organization in a drought!
