Had them deep clean my couches. After 48hrs my couches were still wet. When I lifted the cushions in an attempt to help them dry, I discovered that the moisture on the bottom side of the cushions (which had not been cleaned) had brought up dye from the couch lining. So I paid $345 to have my cream couches dyed red. I called upwards of 30 times, got through maybe 5/6. Was told they would fix the issue. It's never been fixed. Do not use this company.
