We got a beautiful carpet. Idiot installers. I won't be doing further business with this company. We love the carpet and want it for the living room also, but I will take the time to find someone else to buy it from. The installers came late and messed around for a couple of hours before they actually got started on the job. Then they brought cheap pad despite both my wife and I repeating over and over we wanted the best pad they had. When I called the salesman tried to convince me that they had the right stuff. Very pleased with my floors – I recently had hardwood flooring and carpeting installed throughout the house. I was pleased with the entire experience. First, the prices were extremely reasonable. When I went to the showroom, the sales staff was very knowledgable and listened to my needs. It made choosing easy. Second, the installation went smoothly. not people friendly – 1) installers late, did not finish the first day after staying till after 10 p.m. 2) no one from store came to actually look at installation. 3) one room has double tack strips and although i mentioned tis to my sells rep. no action has been taken ( double strips to hold carpet because cut to short ) 4) pad not tapped at seams ( also mentioned ) and finally # 5 ) I over paid company by 50 dollars, and as soon as they saw the mistake they contacted me and issued a check, which was lost ( thrown away ) in... read more
