Worst service ever. Rug came back as soiled as before and was simply dropped in front of my house while I was out. Customer service never responded. Run away from this company, total waste of money.
These guys are scammers. I booked all green carpet clean and they quoted 80 on the phone then in person he quite 450. Then it magically came down to 140. Then he made up some lie about using shampoo. I will not make this mistake again - be weary!
Did not show up on the time that was scheduled. Appt time is between 3-5pm. They did not call us until after I called…30 minutes after the scheduled time. Person arrived after 7pm. He was not on a company car. The service person was texting for 45 minutes in my house before he actually started working. He used our bathroom and kitchen sink water to fill up his water tank.
